My submission for Curiozine’s next issue. The theme was Exploration and this is what I managed to produce.
I originally wanted to do pixel versions of all the little characters but it was just too time consuming and I would have never finished on time. The larger version of my submission will be viewable in the next issue of Curio! Enjoy!
OH MAN GUYZ, Donald bought me a copy of Dragon’s Dogma yesterday because he’s DA BEST. I was so excited and pumped to play it! And then the HDMI cable for my PS3 crapped out within the first 30 minutes of the game. =’(
So I sketched out my Dragon’s Dogma character and her main pawn. Not going to lie, my character is totally based off my DnD character with the main pawn being based off of Donald’s DnD character. I don’t care that pawns technically can’t love but goshdarnit, I draw what I want!
So I made a Batarian character because I always wanted to make a female Batarian character. I know, that’s some pretty deep reasoning there.

That’s five games in a nutshell. So yeah, Soul Calibur 5 is the most disappointing game I played this year. Developing team needs to stop concentrating the the character creation mode and focus on game modes. Weakest game in the series.
